• The version of ManaBook downloaded from this site is free.

• This Full Temporary License allows you to create new Books and documents up to the end of the month following the one during which it was downloaded.

• When the Full Temporary License expires, you may download ManaBook again and obtain a new Full Temporary License.

• You may obtain a limited number of Full Temporary Licenses in that way.  The maximum number permitted has not yet been determined, as ManaBook Software Inc. aims to allow users ample time to assess its product.

• When you will reach the maximum number of allowable Full Temporary Licenses, you will have to decide whether or not you will purchase a Full Permanent License for $59.99 US.

• If you opt not to purchase the Full Permanent License, you may continue to use ManaBook and its future versions, at no charge, with existing Books.  At any time you can edit and modify documents of existing Books, rename them, move them and use them to create ordinary Word documents.  However, you will not be able to create new Books or new documents. You will have a Permanent Restrictive License, which is and will remain free for everyone.

• You therefore have nothing to lose by installing ManaBook.

• We believe that once you discover how useful a tool ManaBook is, you won’t want to do without it.  Even if you do not buy a Full Permanent License, you will have installed a tool that will enable you to open and work with ManaBook Books that others might send or make available to you, in the same way that Acrobat Reader® enables you to open and read PDF documents created by other users.
